Nutrition at THE WELL Collective includes personalized 1:1 consultations designed to support your individual goals through education, body composition insight, and custom macronutrient guidance. Our client-only, all-organic café is located inside THE WELL, offering clean options that complement your wellness journey

THE WELL offers a private treatment room available for aligned wellness providers to host appointments, pop-ups, or establish a recurring practice in a supportive, community-driven space.

Nutritional Consultation and Body Composition Scan
Oftentimes we use the scale in our homes to track our wellness “status”. That can be a very misleading number as there are so many more contributors to what our bodies are made up of!
Instead of focusing on one single number from your home-scale, body composition analysis allows you to understand the detailed make up of YOUR individual body, to better focus on the adequate nutrition YOUR body needs.
Our bodies are a complex machine! Without fuel, that machine will not run.
After your scan, we will discuss the necessary nutrition your exact body needs to function and to meet the goals you have your eyes set on!
Every BODY is different therefore we cannot treat everybody the same.
Body Composition analysis allows for a custom plan that works for YOU, YOUR schedule and YOUR preferences.
